From 2006 onwards, Wong has begun his new series of creation. Once again he travelled along China’s great rivers from North to South to experience life and explore a new language in art. He has visited Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Guangdong, Eastern China, Zhangjiajie, Mount Huangshan, and Mount Emei. He used the language of Chinese painting to depict the extraordinary scenery of mountains and waters in Zhangjiajie, Mount Huangshan and Guilin, and he used oil painting with his bold, powerful brush strokes to praise the sweeping landscape of Tibet and Qinghai.
